Event OVerview

When:  Friday, December 6 (Doors open 5:30pm, Dinner begins 6:00pm) | Saturday, December 7 (We begin with Brunch at 10:00am, Retreat ends with Mass at 5:00pm)

*Friday's Dinner is Baked Ziti for the adults/teens • Chicken Nuggets & Fries for the kids

What: Insightful talks from Dr Tom Neal, dedicated time for prayer, Adoration, Confession, and Fellowship

 Friday: The People Who Walked in Darkness Have Seen a Great Light | I Stand at the Door and Knock

  Saturday: Drenched in the Divine Light | Sealed with the Spirit of Joy | Casting a Eucharistic Fire into the World

Where: St. Dominic Catholic Church & Monsignor Crowe Community Center | 3308 E. 15th Street, Panama City, FL 32405

Who: Adults and Youth (Middle/ High School) are welcome at the main retreat, while children 5th Grade and under are invited to our Children's Advent Retreat. Childcare available for ages 4 and under in the nursery

Cost & Details: Suggested donation of $10 per adult or youth; $5 per child. Register Here. Registration closes Thursday, Dec 5 at 12 Noon.

About Dr Neal: Tom Neal serves as Chief of Evangelization and Mission Engagement for the Diocese of Pensacola-Tallahassee. Previously, he served as Academic Dean and Professor of Spiritual Theology at Notre Dame Seminary in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr Neal has a particular passion for exposing the unlimited potential of theology to offer the faithful a deeper sharing in the mind and heart of Jesus Christ. He has worked for twenty years in adult catechesis, retreat ministry and teaching theology in various contexts trying to make present for others the "Word made fresh." Tom received a Masters in Systematic Theology from Mount St. Mary's University and a PhD in Religion at Florida State University. Originally from Rhode Island, Tom has lived over the years in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maryland, Florida, Iowa and New Orleans, Louisiana.
