St. Dominic Catholic Church welcomes all young adults in their 20s and 30s to the Young Professional Fellowship (YPF) community. YPF provides a supportive and engaging environment for young adults to grow in their faith together.

YPF is a community that is open to all young adults, regardless of where they are on their faith journey. We collaborate with St. John the Evangelist parish to provide opportunities for young adults to deepen their relationship with God and each other, through a variety of events and activities.

Through our community, young adults can find a sense of belonging and support, as well as the tools they need to navigate the challenges and opportunities of young adulthood. We believe that together, we can grow in our faith and become the best versions of ourselves that God has called us to be. Join us at St. Dominic Catholic Church for the Young Professional Fellowship and experience the joy of growing in faith with like-minded peers. All are welcome!

1st Tuesday of each month - Dinner & Discussion. This is a talk given by one of our area priests or a parishioner followed by Q&A/discussion and dinner as a group at a local restaurant. Time & location vary.

3rd Tuesday of each month - Bible Study | Time: 7:00pm | Location TBD

From the moment people drive onto our parish campus, we want them to know they are loved, welcome, and wanted - whether a longtime St. Dominic parishioner or a first-time visitor. Our Hospitality Team is often the first face someone encounters when they come to Mass or attend a St. Dominic event. Our Hospitality Team members offer warm smiles, shake hands, and hold doors for all visitors and guests. They also help keep our liturgies flowing beautifully by assisting during the Offertory and Communion. These team members (usually wearing our signature name tags) are easily identifiable and can help answer questions and direct guests wherever they need to go.

Please complete this short questionnaire if interested in joining our Hospitality Team!

For all times below, please meet in the church narthex (lobby area)

Saturday Vigil Mass - 5:00pm

Perpetual Adoration is a Eucharistic devotion whereby we unite in taking hours of adoration before the Most Blessed Sacrament both during the day and throughout the night, seven days a week. This is a great way to spend some time one on one with the Lord, encountering the Lord of all the universe who humbles himself and appears to us in our midst. This is also a great opportunity to intercede for your needs, the needs of your family, our parish, Bay county, our country and our world. Through perpetual adoration members of our parish storm the gates of heaven asking for a renewed encounter with the Lord and a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Click here to commit to an hour every week to come and adore the Eucharistic Lord!

Adventures in Marriage: Learn How To Be Married

Adventures in Marriage (AIM) is internationally recognized as one of the very best relationship education programs in the field.  Most couples do not know “how” to be married.  They never learned the right way to build a strong marriage that will last.  Instead they grew up watching unhealthy relationships and then assumed somehow their marriage would turn out different.

Adventures in Marriage is a FREE and highly interactive program that teaches couples the practical “hands on” skills essential to build a healthy, thriving marriage that can go the distance.  AIM helps couples discover better ways to meet one another’s needs, communicate, resolve conflicts, express anger, avoid dirty fighting, and understand how their personality styles impact relationships for better or worse.

Fun, practical, and easy to learn, Adventures in Marriage is appropriate for couples at any age or stage. AIM is designed to reach couples across the spectrum – it helps couples with good marriages discover how to have a great marriage, and it helps distressed marriages reboot and learn a much better way.

To learn more and register for the next AIM, click here. There is no cost for this program.

“The Church cannot but encourage everything that serves in harmoniously developing the human body. It is rightly considered the masterpiece of the whole of creation, not only because of its proportion, strength, and beauty, but also and especially because God has made it His dwelling place and the instrument of an immortal soul, breathing into it that "breath of life" by which man is made in His image and likeness." – St. John Paul II

St. Dominic Catholic Church is proud to partner with Lynn Haven United Methodist to provide much-needed food, prayer, and love to those in need in Bay County.

Our Food Distribution Team prays with families and distributes between 20,000 - 25,000 lbs of food. Our two-pronged approach addresses both physical and spiritual hunger, first providing comfort and support to those in need, and then a shopping cart full of food for sustenance.

Our partnership with Lynn Haven United Methodist allows us to make an even greater impact in the community, extending our reach and providing nourishment for the body and soul. We believe that by meeting the physical and spiritual needs of our community, we can build a stronger, more compassionate, and resilient community.
